Program Objectives for TheSecretToWriting.com’s Creative Writing Classes:

• To learn or review The Secret to Writing’s three pillars of writing
• To explore different types of creative writing, such as fiction writing, poetry, playwriting, screenwriting, personal essays, etc.
• To develop critical thinking skills and an appreciation for the power of words by analyzing and discussing writing assignments
• To enhance collaborative learning skills by partnering with peers in the review, evaluation, and critique of writing assignments
• To nurture a love for writing by creating a fun and enriching learning experience

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We reserve the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment. In the event a class is cancelled, please allow 4-6 weeks from the scheduled start date of the class to receive a refund. We also reserve the right to require the withdrawal of any participant whose conduct is unsatisfactory or who appears unlikely to benefit from our classes. If the directors of the classes make this decision, a refund will be given for the remaining portion of class fees.

We reserve the right to make staffing, schedule, or location changes as may be necessary.

If you wish to cancel your registration 15 days or more before a class, you will receive a full refund, minus a $100 processing fee. Please allow 4-6 weeks after the conclusion of the scheduled class to receive your refund. A request for a refund must be made in writing and forwarded to us via email. No refunds will be issued for any participant registration cancelled 14 days or less before the class.
